Caption: This chart shows the raw catch downstream migrant rotary screw trap results for Willow Creek for the spring and summer of 1998. The catch for all species was the highest of any year the trap has operated from 1991-1998. The 1998 water year was very wet (El NiƱo) but with rainfall evenly distributed, not coming in high intensity events. The catch of older age steelhead was more than double any previous year when age classes were broken out. The data were collected by the Lower Trinity Ranger District of the Six Rivers National Forest.
