   Caption:  The flow duration curve for the Trinity River at Steel Bridge, between Lewiston and Douglas City, only reflects flows after construction of the Trinity Project.  The flow has exceeded 2580 cfs only 5% of the time since dam construction, but the river flow only dropped below 300 cfs 5% of the time.  Pre-dam low flow conditions dropped below 100 cfs before dam construction in dry years.
