Caption:  The chart shows the floating weekly average water temperature in Celsius (°C) at lower North Fork Indian Creek (site 86-1), upper North Fork Indian Creek (site 86-2), and West Branch North Fork Indian Creek (site 86-20) for the year 2001. Sites are listed in upstream order (furthest downstream site is on left side of legend). Maximum floating weekly average water temperatures exceeded 16.8°C at all sites except West Branch North Fork Indian Creek. Welsh et al. (2001) found that coho are not likely to persist where maximum floating weekly average temperature (MWAT) exceeds 16.8°C. See Info Links for more information.
