Topic	Temperature: Min, Max and Average Middle Fork of NF Noyo 1995

 

Caption:  The chart above shows the maximum, average, and minimum daily temperatures of the Middle Fork North Fork Noyo (site 08) for 1995 when a maximum temperature of 18.1 C was attained in mid-July. The maximum diurnal temperature shift was of just under 3 degrees C and the seasonal variation was approximately 4.9 degrees C. The optimal water temperature for salmonid salmon growth of 10-15 degrees C (Brett, 1952) is shown for reference. Data provided by Mendocino Redwood Company.
