Caption:  This chart displays the number of appropriation permits issued by the Board in Sonoma County through 3/22/01 for streams where coho salmon have been found in recent years, as well as the number of surface water appropriation permit applications pending as of that date. Data come from the surface water appropriation permit files maintained by the California State Water Resources Control Board Water rights information and were compiled by the Watershed Associate.
