Caption:  This chart shows a cross-section survey of Willow Creek that was surveyed on August 8, 2000 by the Mendocino Redwood Company (MRC). The survey was conducted at site XS-4 in MRC's long-term monitoring stream segment SW1. The cross-section shows an entrenched channel that lacks lateral variation suggesting that the reach is in a process of aggradation. This is the upstream most cross-section of the stream segment.
