Caption: This chart compares annual maxima flow statistics in Dry Creek for time periods proceeding and following the completion of the Warm Springs Dam in 1983. Warm Springs Dam has reduced the magnitude maximum flows observed in Dry Creek. The annual maximum 1-day flow has decreased from 9086 cfs to 2684 cfs. The annual maximum 90-day mean flow has decreased from 1069 cfs to 758 cfs. This analysis was completed by IFR-KRIS staff hydrologist and utilized USGS daily average flow data and the Indicators of Hydrologic Alteration (IHA) flow statistics model.
