Caption:  This chart displays EPA Land Cover/Land Use data by Calwater Planning Watershed of the lower portion of the Warm Springs sub-basin. Classes are derived from a 1992 Landsat image. These Calwater Planning Watersheds are typically dominated by grasslands, conifer, mixed hardwood/conifer, hardwoods, and shrubs. Grape Creek and Lower Dry Creek contain 28.3% and 23.7% orchards and vineyards, respectively. Lower Dry Creek also contains 6.1% residential area, 3.2% agriculture lands, and 2.4% industrial area.
